So unprofessional !!! My husband and I had decided to stop in to this dealership. We were introduced to Matt Morena, who SEEMED very nice throughout the few hours we were a My husband and I had decided to stop in to this dealership. We were introduced to Matt Morena, who SEEMED very nice throughout the few hours we were at the dealership. Well, we were wrong, I have never had such a horrible experience as I did with Matt. He knew we were rushing to lease a Jeep Wrangler ASAP and used that to his advantage ( obviously, he's a salesman) but he was completely was outrageous. The numbers he gave us upfront were mediocre, we thought... when we tried to get the monthly payments down there was only a "$3" wiggle room according to Matt. We left a deposit however went to white plains jeep just to see what their prices were like, without giving them any info on our previous quotes, their numbers were over $65 less per month ( before we haggled them down more and they threw in extras !) then Matts. White Plains laughed after we told them the deal Matt had offered us, it was embarrassing. Matt Morena spoke to me like I was a complete idiot, assuming I was a completely clueless consumer, completely unprofessional!!! Some ridiculous things he said: " bad move going to White plains that's not right" ( really! Now We pay 100$ less per month for our car ) " dealerships do not compete with each other " " I was wasting his time asking him to tell me the absolute best deal he could give me " ( I put down a $500 deposit it's his JOB) "You shouldn't be going back and forth with different dealers etc" really? People can't shop around Matt? Come on !! The phone conversations got so heated that I had to hang up on him twice before I completely lost it on him. Bottom line the managers were okay not great, not as helpful as I thought they would be. I chose to do buisness with white plains even tho I had to get a color I wasn't thrilled with but I truly have them our buisness because of Matt. I would never recommend this dealership specifically because of how they treat their customers. They need us more then we need them! More

He was totally straight with me. He told me he would try to find what I wanted from another dealership. And there were no hidden or extra fees. He worked very hard to find what I wanted. Another Dodge dealer I visited added multiple fees to their advertised price and still another Dodge dealer pulled "bait and switch" on me; told me they had an advertised vehicle and did not and tried to sell me a higher priced vehicle. Excellent service I was looking for a CPO and Jim invited me in. He and Brian took care of everything, from making sure he Jeep was perfect to the paperwork.
