The absolute worst experience in my 67 year life. Vehicle was as described. Condition was fine. However, previous owner had removed air intake and replaced with aftermarket product...they did not Vehicle was as described. Condition was fine. However, previous owner had removed air intake and replaced with aftermarket product...they did not have the original and had not disclosed...then after agreeing to take the vehicle, there is only one key...who has a 2023 under warranty with no second key. The ultimate insult was the buying...they gave an offer way low on my vehicle, then tried to tell me the tax savings of a trade was their value add--its state law, then they deducted reconditioning from the trade on the other side of the transaction-- my truck was flawless, new tires, upgraded stereo, clean carafax. Worse yet they tried to charge me $2500 for not taking financing. While not totally illegal it is totally unethical. I talked to GM next day (Steve) who worked with me on a compromise. Steve is a reasonable guy, I did purchase the vehicle and Steve (GM) promised me a second key would be mailed to me...tbd if i ever get it....would never buy another car here. More
