My service tech Josh was great. This was my first visit. He was helpful, and friendly! I feel a 3% service charge for credit card transactions is a tacky look for an automotive This was my first visit. He was helpful, and friendly! I expect it at a mom and pap diner, but not at a dealership that sells $50,000 vehicles daily. Makes me feel like you are nickeling and diming customers over merchant transaction fees. Do better. JOVAUGHN DOUGLAS has the best personality of any car salesman I have ever dealt with. Did his absolute best to help get my questions answered. The dealership had a good selection, especially new high-p salesman I have ever dealt with. Did his absolute best to help get my questions answered. I did have to take the vehicle to a Lincoln dealer in Tampa to get some warranty work performed which this dealer (and I) missed (sunroof shade was off the tracks.) Luckily, it was covered by the Lincoln warranty. More
