Poor customer service/ scheduled time . appointment at 4pm and didnt get out till 730pm. Even though I have Family Advantage plan, and also have been coming to this jeep dealership for YEAR appointment at 4pm and didnt get out till 730pm. I've always liked coming here. I felt like a person, respected, not just a number and money. Lately it hasn't been that way.
