Very poor customer service on the part of the service advisor..Rude, as well as wasted my time .Had no intention of fixing my vehicle...Chose not to honor my warranty, as well as cost me a day's worth of advisor..Rude, as well as wasted my time .Had no intention of fixing my vehicle...Chose not to honor my warranty, as well as cost me a day's worth of pay because I had to miss work just to be sitting around for 5 hours for nothing.. just to receive a video of my vehicle..but they had no intention on repairing my vehicle... and had the audacity to return it to me in the same state it was brought to them.. knowing that its unsafe to drive and also knowing that my family travels daily to work and school in that vehicle, and it's still in the hazardous condition as of right now...Goes to show they truly dont care about the lives of my family or myself More

It was kept for a week and a half and then $1200 to replace a hose! Then they left half of my engine in the trunk! Our sales rep Kayla and the finance rep was both amazing. . I do feel like we paid way more for the truck then we should of as the listing said the truck had a bunch of features it actually does not have incl . I do feel like we paid way more for the truck then we should of as the listing said the truck had a bunch of features it actually does not have including automatic high beam assist and remote start and tow package all things that were not in the vehicle. A few issues also were discovered that was not corrected by the dealer including passenger side window motor is bad and they installed wheel locks but did not provide us with a key… all in all we are pleased with the sales and financing aspect but not satisfied with much of anything else More
