Everyone very pleasant, but not necessarily very competent. Specifically asked about signatures for title, told not needed then called back later to provide signatures on a power of attorney, though competent. Trade in was absorbed into "fees" so no net price reduction, in fact higher price initally. The $3600+ add on which is touted as a CFCDJR advantage is not clearly identified as costing an extra $3600+, just a value of blah-blah-blah until the final paperwork is presented. Told vehicle came with 2 keys but only got one. Spent hours going through process that in previous purchases we have done elsewhere took much less time and were done correctly the first time. Now we have to return at least two more times at our expense to sign papers and get the second key if one is ever provided. Not impressed! The sales people also misrepresented the advantage and lifetime powertrain warrantee thing by indicating car washes could be obtained at any time, but the documentation says car washes provided when service is scheduled. Also told that our registration would be sent to the dealership in a couple of days, but then finance people said it will be mailed along with the title to the address on our drivers license which is another state. Simply lots of misinformation and misdirection for an out of state trade and used vehicle purchase title/registration. Not so sure that anything we were told is actually true. Particularly things like the microetching of VIN which is touted as a security measure, but it is not clear it has been done. Contract originally contained a charge for tinting while the vehicle already was tinted previously by the original owner. In summary, we like the vehicle purchased. We disliked the process immensely, and believe we paid too much for extras and nebulous fees which were unnecessary and added just to bloat the cost. Someone will get a great bonus no doubt... With the exception of signatures and key retrieval, we will not be back. More

The fix for our vehicle took over 3 months to complete, we had been told that certain parts had arrived, when in fact they had not, and we were told that the additional work was necessary for the original we had been told that certain parts had arrived, when in fact they had not, and we were told that the additional work was necessary for the original fix. Additionally after getting the vehicle back the back right tire has an air bubble that was not addressed to us or even noted, also the transmission squeaks as you drive now, which is one of the main components that got work on.
