2 You guys sold me a lemon. I've had problems with it since the very first day I bought it. Now you won't even let me trade it in for at least $650 a month. Too many required package fees, mandatory protection plan, reconditioning fee (for an 2023?) and sales tactics (come in today, someone else is offered more xx).
