I always have a great experience with the service department and they keep me informed of the status of my vehicle. One new feature on this last visit that was helpful was that they sent a video of t department and they keep me informed of the status of my vehicle. One new feature on this last visit that was helpful was that they sent a video of the brake inspection to let me see the condition of the brakes and rotors. Makes it much easier to make a decision especially if you dropped it off to be serviced. More

Outstanding service from my Service Adviser, Keith Partin. Excellent follow up and reassures the customer they are in good hands and their car will be repaired. I bought a new 2023 Grand Cherokee L and as soon as I left the lot I realized I had several warning lights on. Finally after about 2 weeks calling I get to schedule an appointment and what was supposed t left the lot I realized I had several warning lights on.
