They just want money. I went in to do a test drive when I got there the car wasn't even ready and the person I've been talking to wasn't the person that met me at the door I went in to do a test drive when I got there the car wasn't even ready and the person I've been talking to wasn't the person that met me at the door I had a scheduled appointment and the car wasn't ready. We then do the test drive everything goes good and I was being pressured to sign for the car right then and there without discussing financial options. After I went home and took time to figure out my financial options, I went back the next day we got everything figured out and signed off they didn't take a down deposit, because they "forgot". Needless to say I went back the next day to try and do it, but when I got there nobody even knew who I was I'd literally bought a car from you two days prior and he don't even have the common courtesy or decency of a human to remember who I am. Needless to say I will not be coming back here ever. More

The worst sales I have ever dealt with. Nobody cares about retaining customers. They just want u out the door with a car. Horrible treatment. They made up for all the horrible things that sales did. I only say thank you to the hard working team at the maintenance department. Management really does have a problem and from what I've seen, they only see dollar signs not customer satisfaction. More

This facility has lost any chance of future business due to service prices. I was charged $488 to replace 2 fuel filters on a 2021 Ram 2500. I am a certified cummins engine technician and know that it takes to service prices. I was charged $488 to replace 2 fuel filters on a 2021 Ram 2500. I am a certified cummins engine technician and know that it takes less than 1 hour to replace. Filters are just under $200 for both. That’s $300 in labor charges. Absolutely overcharging for this service. I’ll go back to doing my own services. More
