The experience I had was absolutely a great one, my sales guy Jan, gets customer service!! The fees added about $7K to the price of the vehicle that was unexpected before traveling a little over an hour. For non-standard/non-negotiable fees, should be advertised as such and not a surprise when you sit at the table! More

I called the service department because I had a flat tire and I knew I had a warranty. They fixed my tire, but noticed another issue. I chose to wait, but my tire went flat again. The service staff was responsive quick to help when I pulled up and when I came back to get the car. The issue was that nothing was done. I was contacted for a recall. I scheduled it a week ahead of pulled up and when I came back to get the car. The issue was that nothing was done. I was contacted for a recall. I scheduled it a week ahead of time. The car was there for 6 and a half hours. No call back, no response to texts. Eventually I went there and they said they don’t have the part they wanted me to replace. All in all, a huge waste of time. More
