I emailed you early Sunday morning you got right back to me. Gave me the names of 2 managers and the service tech. Showed up a little after 9:00am when you open. Told Arisa what was wrong, the clicking noi me. Gave me the names of 2 managers and the service tech. Showed up a little after 9:00am when you open. Told Arisa what was wrong, the clicking noise, some system leak, which can be very expensive. It was my rear a/c, not needed and you turned off by clicking the button. Waited about an hour inside, then went outside and saw car was being parked. Arisa told me the problem, and no charge. That means a lot, and you are my new auto repair. Told 2 friends already and said "You are a Class Act," which is very unusual in my dealing with auto repair.s. thanks again so much. More
