Hi, it started out to be a very nice experience since I knew what I was looking for. Our sales person was Daniela. She was very nice and was very busy. The disappointment started with some of the things pr knew what I was looking for. Our sales person was Daniela. She was very nice and was very busy. The disappointment started with some of the things promised by Daniela like a tank full of gas, a spare keys, and now the recent disappointment the wrong VIN number documented on the contract. I found this the hard way by getting pull over and the officer questioning me and treating me like a delinquent. I then called the dealership and they confirmed that they had made the mistake. Now I have go back and resign the entire contract and miss half of day of my job. More

I waited 3 hours for a routine service maintenance with oil change, recall, and brake fluid exchange, and tire rotation/balance, and my tire pressures (driver side tire was 41 while rest was 32!) were not oil change, recall, and brake fluid exchange, and tire rotation/balance, and my tire pressures (driver side tire was 41 while rest was 32!) were not even checked by technician nor was my battery checked. I was told after 2 hrs that "it would not take too much longer", yet I waited another hour. I understand that service depts may be busy, but that's everyone including myself. I canceled and postponed business meetings as a result of this service thinking it would take only 1.5 hrs as what was told to me. This should have been informed to me upfront so I could adjust my schedule not wait 2 hrs then have to text to find out about my car only to hear it "that it would not take too much longer," and wait another hour. More
