I showed up at 12:30pm for a oil change had two cars before and didn’t leave till 3 because ppl had appointments and they just took care of them before me. Not informed there were appointments ahead of me or i would of came another day and made a appointment. Poor communication and when I showed up no one acknowledged me... they just looked at me. I had to stop a guy myself and ask for help. Horrible service More

Made an appointment for sun roof leaking was told it would be looked at either the same day or the next. Next day came and they said it would be another 2 days before the mechanic could look at it. Rodn would be looked at either the same day or the next. Next day came and they said it would be another 2 days before the mechanic could look at it. Rodney was really nice the issue wasn’t his fault. The service department just needs better communication and knowing when mechanics will be in for the issue appointments are made for. More
