I showed up at 12:30pm for a oil change had two cars before and didn’t leave till 3 because ppl had appointments and they just took care of them before me. Not informed there were appointments ahead of me or i would of came another day and made a appointment. Poor communication and when I showed up no one acknowledged me... they just looked at me.
