Very disappointed with my sales experience at this dealership. There were multiple errors in the contract and there wasn’t really room for negotiation. The last time I leased a vehicle from this dealership, the salesman worked with me until I found a car that was just right, both in terms of features and affordability, and even threw in some bonuses to make up for the hours spent at the dealership. But now, the people I dealt with in sales/financing seemed to do the bare minimum to score a sale. More

Charges for unperformed work I took my car "Challenger 2018" to perform the scheduled maintenance , was told by the service advisor it requires wheel rotation , balance and alignm I took my car "Challenger 2018" to perform the scheduled maintenance , was told by the service advisor it requires wheel rotation , balance and alignment , I agreed to the work to be performed and was charged accordingly. After I drove out of the dealer service center I checked the wheels and found out they were not rotated, I returned back to the service advisor who double checked the work and agreed that the wheels weren't rotated. He refused to refund the money of wheel rotation and said they will be as credit in my account which I could use in my next visit. This isn't acceptable because I lost trust in them , second I don't want to take my car again to them. More
