As with all consumer products purchasing is the easy part. However, getting support from salesperson/employees after you have a completed transaction is another story. I purchased my truck with the RamB part. However, getting support from salesperson/employees after you have a completed transaction is another story. I purchased my truck with the RamBox cargo management system which should include: all secure remote security, adjustable bed divider/extender, and cargo rail system. My truck did NOT have the divider/extender. I reached out to my salesperson Carlos Hudgens and he acknowledged my concern and sent me pictures of the divider I would be receiving via UPS ground. One month later I have not received the missing part and he has gone complete radio silence after multiple voicemails and emails. If you buy anything here, make sure you have everything before you sign your deal. I would not recommend this place, mannnny other dealers in need of business that appreciate the client. More
