Took entirely too long to get information on pricing. My girlfriend and i had an appointment at 7pm and we explained the exact truck we wanted to see and we sat there for 1.5 hours before we found out it wa girlfriend and i had an appointment at 7pm and we explained the exact truck we wanted to see and we sat there for 1.5 hours before we found out it was sold already. The time to get numbers need to sped up. Our appointment was at 7pm and i didn’t leave until midnight. If i didn’t need a car as bad as i did i would have left. Eldar in finance was great. More

Will more than likely never bring my car here again unless I have to for warranty purposes. Told them especially having loss of job during the pandemic, I wanted to best price possible up front. I was quoted TWICE the price of every other service shop I got a quote from and then wanted to negotiate once I told the employee I was taking the vehicle somewhere else and they dropped the price $500. I will never ever trust this dealership ever again and extremely unsatisfied with my visit. More

Poor costumer service and follow up. Was promised floor mats only if I gave a 10 review. I filled it out and then never received the mats. I called to get them, no one answers my calls.
