Took my Jeep Cherokee in for regular oil change. Shawn got me in and out quick. I came in first thing in the morning without an appointment. I have two other Jeeps. A 2006 Wrangler, and a 2020 Wrangler got me in and out quick. I came in first thing in the morning without an appointment. I have two other Jeeps. A 2006 Wrangler, and a 2020 Wrangler. I purchased the 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Central Florida Chrysler Jeep and have moved my other vehicles over from Airport Jeep for all my service needs. Worst experience ever. Didn’t fulfill their promise and the law biding paper is a lie for them. Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They told us that they will fix our car and there was a paper that th the law biding paper is a lie for them. Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They told us that they will fix our car and there was a paper that they will do it in 30 days but when we went there again to get our car, not only the car wasn’t fixed but also they said that this paper had no meaning. They can override the time limit. Horrible experience. Don Ramsey gave us his word but his word has no value when they denied us the service. More

The service was terrible on 7/6! I pulled up in the service area and was not greeted nor acknowledged. After waiting in my car for 25 minutes, and it was not busy, I went inside to ask for help. A car service area and was not greeted nor acknowledged. After waiting in my car for 25 minutes, and it was not busy, I went inside to ask for help. A car salesmen told me he would get a service advisor immediately. The car salesman came back 10 minutes later to make sure I’ve been assisted :) That was very sweet of him. However, the advisors need to work on their customer service. I expect the same treatment every time I service my vehicle. Very disappointed! More
