I called last week, was told I couldn’t make an appointment for an oil change Because they ‘don’t do that’ . So I then called before I head over to ask the wait time. It’s a 45 min drive for me. I was told no cars were there and I’d get right in. When I arrived, the first question was ‘ do you have an appointment?’ .. well no because I wasn’t allowed.. was then told, oh well on a day like today you could’ve because 5 techs called out. Then was told it would be about an hour as there was 3 cars ahead of me. I waited over 3 hours for my Vehicle to even be taken back. So the ‘there’s no cars, you can’t make an appointment, it’s only an hour wait, 3 cars ahead of you’ . Were either all lies, or no one there talks. More

Vehicle detailing left me with an almost brand new looking t I brought my truck in for detailing, and tire pressure check. Everything looked great! Scratches were buffed out, and the inside was immaculate! I checked the tire pressures, and they were all right where they were supposed to be!
