This was the second dealership I went to, I almost purchased a Subaru Forrester before stopping by Central Florida. I couldn't find the vehicle I was looking for on the lot and then I bumped into Marv purchased a Subaru Forrester before stopping by Central Florida. I couldn't find the vehicle I was looking for on the lot and then I bumped into Marvin. He tracked down the vehicle and we took it for a test drive. I expressed my like for the vehicle but told him I was hoping for a black one. Well...he tracked that one down too, it had just come on the lot and was going through the service and detail department. The vehicle was already at a great price and was certified. I felt very comfortable with the transaction and all team members I worked with/ran into. Mike handled the finalization of my paperwork and he was a pleasure as well. At no time did I feel pressured into any decision I made that day. I will be going back for tint and a follow up detail to buff out some scuff marks. More
