Car was up for 5500, was expecting to pay around 6500 - 6700. They first hit me with an invoice for 10,700. But did sell for 6800. I recently took my jeep which was having mechanical issues to Central Florida Chrysler service. My service manager was Jacob Perez. He was very professional and courteous which one would expect from su issues to Central Florida Chrysler service. My service manager was Jacob Perez. Eldar from the finance department was very knowledgeable, personable, and great to work with! I can’t say the same for the salesperson however. I bought a used car that differs from the makes sold at the d personable, and great to work with! I can’t say the same for the salesperson however. I bought a used car that differs from the makes sold at the dealership, and he did not even attempt to show any knowledge about the car he was selling me. Although he was friendly enough at first, I felt very uncomfortable and anxious because I felt like I couldn’t leave. He was holding onto my car keys the entire time, before I had even signed a deal to trade in my car. I felt like I was stuck there as he kept trying to convince me and sell me the car when I repeatedly told him I was not comfortable signing anything at that moment and that I wanted to sleep on it and come back in the morning as it was 9:30pm by the time the finance department was ready for me. After a very anxiety-ridden night I felt as though the managers helped me out with a good deal, but I would recommend a friend to work with a different salesperson if they go to this dealership. More
