Justin provided great customer service and got my oil change done quickly. But when I asked him about upgrading my tires, he told me the size that would safely fit my Jeep, but didn’t mention I would als change done quickly. Cleanest maintenance shop I’ve ever seen!!! I LOVE this dealership, especially their service department!!! It just so happened the Service Manager himself, Jacob Perez took my checkin for my 15, I LOVE this dealership, especially their service department!!! It just so happened the Service Manager himself, Jacob Perez took my checkin for my 15,000 mile service. The service itself was already discounted without needing the coupons I received in the mail from them. I had arrived at lunchtime, so the Service Advisor I spoke with on the phone, Justin Perry was at lunch. It was estimated 2.5 hours for the service and 1.5 hours for the software update for my radio. I actually didn’t know about the radio update which he said I could get another day, but he’d tried to get it done. They started at 1:00 PM on a Saturday and finished at 3:00!!! I had an inexpensive delicious lunch, plus dessert, for $7.00 at their snack bar while watching a movie and a half. This service department as well as the entire dealership are tops in my book!!! More
