Y'all dropped the ball. Well, I'm not at impressed with the services provided, My service advisor was great he tried to be as helpful as he could. That being said.. Steve took over to another office to get a loaner, I did the paperwork for it went to do a walk around the vehicle and she realized that it was low on gas, "please have a seat in the waiting area well get it gassed right up and ready for you. It will be just a second". I waited for a hour when she came up and said sorry we forgot about you.... Ok.. you guys forget about people that drop thousands of $ in your shop... I came in with a laundry list of items to be fixed. And there where 3 that you could not repair.. one of which I fixed myself in 15 minutes. The wash and vacuum was done sloppy at best. And they replaced the fog lamp that wasn't burnt out. xxx!!! Like I said the advisor Steve was awesome, the only issue I have is how my bill was $1700.00 more than the estimate and I didn't get everything done on the estimate. So at this time I can't recommend that you have a vehicle fixed at a place that recommends that you fix it yourself. More

Excellent service and good customer support I was met by Richard in the service department and he explained to me about the services needed for my car. I gave the service 4 stars out of five because the car was not washed afterwards. In addition the tires were not checked. all 4 tires were about 6 to 7 PSI below the required pressure. More
