Asked the person who closed on our loan whether he sent our loan application to our credit union, he told us "yes, but the interest rate is higher than what he got from another". On Monday we contacted ou our loan application to our credit union, he told us "yes, but the interest rate is higher than what he got from another". On Monday we contacted our credit union, and they checked their records and found that there was no record of an application. I will never do business with, or refer someone to any Dealership that will look me in the eye an lie like this person did. More
