Customer care at the service center I dropped my truck off for recalls, breaks and a fuel pump among a few other minor things (tire rotation/ oil change). My truck was there for a week a I dropped my truck off for recalls, breaks and a fuel pump among a few other minor things (tire rotation/ oil change). My truck was there for a week and a half! The day I dropped it off, I was told it would take 2 days. My frustration is with the fact that literally, every day after day 2, I was told it would be ready the following day. I not once got a call from the service center telling me my truck actually wouldn’t be ready. I had to call and ask, every time. If you’re going to tell a customer their vehicle will be ready and you find out it won’t be, you would think a courtesy call to the customer would be in order. I called 7 days in a row at 4-5pm to see if my truck would be ready and each time, my advisor said it wouldn’t be! Why not go out of your way to call me since you’re the one who said it was going to be ready?! 7 days in a row! Is this normal? Is it the customers responsibility to call you? Considering you know I’ve had to call 6 times when you should be the one calling me, on day 7 you would think maybe reaching out to me would be the way to go. I still need my rear breaks done but I’m apprehensive at this point that I will get the same poor service. More
