I have been to many service departments in my life. From horrible experiences to high end. I figured since I bought the car here I would try it. Appreciated the quick turn around, but very expensive. Poor workmanship, the parts they replaced fell off after 2 weeks causing the front suspension to collapse. Poor communication, nobody knew my service writer was off the day I called to check on my vehicle, 2 weeks causing the front suspension to collapse. Poor communication, nobody knew my service writer was off the day I called to check on my vehicle, nor did they return to the phone after having me on hold for 15 + minutes twice. Service writer left early after promising to meet me at 5pm. Most disorganized facilty I have ever experienced, and I worked at dealershipsin 3 states over a 25 year period. Took 2 weeks to be reimbursed for towing expenses related to failed repair. More
