Visiting Florida from out of state, I found myself facing the most dreaded problem in traveling - an engine breakdown. My problem turned out to be a water pump and I had it towed to Central Florida Chrysler the most dreaded problem in traveling - an engine breakdown. My problem turned out to be a water pump and I had it towed to Central Florida Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram at 10 pm on a Friday evening without speaking to anyone at the dealership. Talk about fingers crossed. Come Saturday morning I spoke with the service department and I was told they would fit it in and get the repair done that day! Wow! Andy Savas was fantastic to work with and I can't thank him enough for all he and his team did to get us back on the road and be prepared to depart the area on Sunday morning. It sucks that when you purchase a vehicle from this dealership and is provided with the free oil change promotion, it’s a different thing when you actually go to get it done.
