We paid $ 3000 for the Advantage plan and we took the car from some services and we requested a car wash (that is included at the plan). Two times we requested they said they didnt have the detailing crew to from some services and we requested a car wash (that is included at the plan). Have brought my car here three times of the same issue and every time they said I need to pay more and more money for it to be fixed. I have spoken to 5 different service dept. people and none of them can and every time they said I need to pay more and more money for it to be fixed. I have spoken to 5 different service dept. people and none of them can help. Would not recommend service here. Only reason i've taken my car back is because I have already paid them. Also be prepared to reach out to them about the update of your car. Poor communication. More

Low beam headlight on the drivers side of 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee went out. Since Jeep has decided to design the access to said headlight bulb in such a manner that makes changing ones self impossible witho Cherokee went out.
