I’ve been here multiple times, and each time despite notifying them I was coming, I had to search for someone to get my car and check me out. My “person” on more than one occasion has left for the day o notifying them I was coming, I had to search for someone to get my car and check me out. My “person” on more than one occasion has left for the day or wasn’t even in the office despite indicating they would be. There needs to be a better system for retrieving your vehicle. More

Purchased new Grand Wagoneer Series III on June 3rd. Immediately noticed vibration at highway speeds but was hopeful it would subside during break in. Vibration did not go away Had tires balanced on Immediately noticed vibration at highway speeds but was hopeful it would subside during break in. Vibration did not go away Had tires balanced on June 20th at the dealership which made it worse. Balanced again on June 21st which put it back to the original vibration. Replaced tires to different brand on June 30th which did not fix the vibration. Dropped the vehicle off on July 5th and it was returned 22 days later, on July 27th. While there, both rear axles were replaced as well as the drive shaft. After throwing all those darts, wheels and tires from another Grand Wagoneer which, according to Craig, made it drive "smooth as glass". Unfortunately, it still has a vibration but we won't be taking it back to CFCJDR. The other incredibly frustrating part of the equation is the communications. The only time we received any info was when we called or emailed. It culminated when, on July 14th, Greg said he would let me know the ETA of the drive shaft, but we received nothing. On July 25th I inquired on an update. Craig replied that day that the drive shaft had just been put in and it drove great, but he wanted Paul to drive it "in the morning". After no word the following morning, I emailed Craig, Greg and Paul at 11:23am on the 27th asking how it drove for Paul but received no reply. I then drove to the dealership that evening. It was then that Craig informed me that the drive shaft didn't fix the problem and that it was the wheels the whole time. Craig said he didn't want to tell me about it being the wheels to save the embarrassment of changing all the other parts unnecessarily. Again, it still has a vibration, but we won't be taking it back to CFCJDR. I fully understand the difficulties in today's world with staffing and parts availability. I also understand that sometimes a diagnosis is a process of elimination. However, I would have thought wheels would have been checked before replacing two axels and a drive shaft. Regardless, ignoring a customer and lying to them to save embarrassment is inexcusable for me. More
