The service that was requested was not performed. At the delivery of the car he was on a floor to which I couldn't enter, only employees. That I wasn't washed, when I bought it they charged me for an (advanced) package that didn't even serve me for that. When I questioned the person who answered me, he did nothing. Very bad service. Bob was very professional and honest about the costs of products. Did not try to upsell me on anything that I didn’t need.
