I waited for 5hrs for my tire to be repaired from a nail in it. The next day Sunday (today) my tire pressure is low. Nothing was done to fix the problem. On top of waiting I find out my family member passed away and after I’m told it would be another 45mins, I asked for my vehicle back because I wanted to grieve and pick up my son by 4pm. Eli told me he will get on it and get my car taken care of. Finally an hour later I get my Jeep with no charge and the tire fixed. I was appreciative for Eli taken care of the problem until my tire was low AGAIN this afternoon. I’m back to square one and my time/money wasted. I called out of work to get my tire fix which ended up money lost on my end. More

Brought truck in for oil change and family advantage maintenance work. Had my truck for 27 hours and not one advantage item was done. Was assured truck would be cleaned and all taken care of. Truck didn’t even get washed, no air in tires, not even a vacuum. I have 2 vehicles from this store and this happens every time. Worst customer service and all the hype for you to buy with advantage plan and can’t even get the items completed. I’ll take my business elsewhere after lease is over. More
