I showed up 30 minutes early for my 7am appointment to have my oil changed and a diagnostic run on my AC. Three hours later at 10am I was offered a ride home because they were running behind. I refused an have my oil changed and a diagnostic run on my AC. Three hours later at 10am I was offered a ride home because they were running behind. I refused and asked to be cashed out for my oil change and I’ll reschedule the diagnostic for the AC. Come to find out they never touched my truck. After 3 hours they never touched my truck and left me sitting there. If I show enough respect to your business to make an appointment and show up early for that appointment, the very least you can do is show some respect back to your customer. I was told the manager was notified but I never saw him/her. I bought my truck new from this dealership and mistakenly felt a sense of loyalty to them by having them do the work whenever needed. Maybe I need to sit out at Sand Lake and John Young with a sign of dissatisfaction like some guy did a few years ago? More
