This is the second time I have a bad experience at the dealership. Here is my feedback: - at arrrival, the agent helping me was about to write my phone number on the cartoon on top of my hood. - I had t dealership. Here is my feedback: - at arrrival, the agent helping me was about to write my phone number on the cartoon on top of my hood. - I had to call multiple times to get the results of the diagnosis performed. Initially was told that was going to receive the results by 12:00pm and got them at 4:00pm. - when receiving my car, the car had antifreeze splashed all over the hood, it was so bad that they had to take the car back to rinse it. More
