Received a good deal on my vehicle an staff was very nice but four days after having my new car it started having problems while shifting gears. However, while I was having my current car serviced, I inquired about buying a car from the Eli was far and away the best advisor I have dealt with. However, while I was having my current car serviced, I inquired about buying a car from the sales side. This was the absolute worst experience I have had in 40 years of buying cars. In that time period, I have purchased approximately 30 new cars. I am seasoned, experienced, and a professional. I actually begged three salespeople to give me a price on the car I wanted. None would give me even the asking price. Me, and my two friends thought this was a joke. After we left, someone called me stating his position as “sales manager.” I told him what happened, how I begged and begged over a dozen times for a price on the car I wanted. This “sales manager” acted as if this was as absurd (a sales team refusing to provide a price on the object they are selling). He assured me that he would email immediately with a price on the car. Never did. Broke that promise too. Bottom line is: Central has the best service department in the country, but by far the worse sales team. More
