Marcus the service rep I dealt with is wonderful and knowledgeable he was able to get me in and out in a with the service I received from the Dodge. My experience at the dealership was good at the beginning our sales person was very nice and informative. We knew what we needed because I had done my research. A complaint that I have is that my tank of gas our sales person was very nice and informative. We knew what we needed because I had done my research. A complaint that I have is that my tank of gas was not filled when I purchased the car. And I didn’t get a spare key. Then A month later found out that my vin number was incorrect in the contract, registration and insurance. I need up going back to the dealer to resign and register the car. More
Had a 10:30 appointment and at 12:15 my car had nothing started to be serviced. The service is unforgivable tardy. Service must be improved. Every time I come for an oil change it is at least two (2) hour started to be serviced. The service is unforgivable tardy. Service must be improved. I was not too impressed with the service this time around. I pulled up nobody came outside I walked into one of the service offices. One service advisor was on the phone the other one was on his phone around. I pulled up nobody came outside I walked into one of the service offices. One service advisor was on the phone the other one was on his phone and the other one was at his desk and nobody even looked up at me until I said good morning. And when I said I had a 930 appointment the gentleman at the desk cell phone and said I’m not in that department anymore. So the other one said so ahead and have a seat and I will tell him you’re here when he gets off the phone. So I went and sat back in the waiting area. 30 minutes went by and he never even came to say anything. from that point salesman. And was never approach bye a service advisor. I was at your dealership from 9:15 in the morning until I left at 2:30-ish I do not know the names on it. More
