Zero customer service!! They have the wrong name on my Zero customer service!! They have the wrong name on my car which the guy Andy claim was the last owner, but I’m the first and only owner as I bought Zero customer service!! They didn’t even do the courtesy car wash and said I have to ask for it!!! I tried replying to the text the guy Andy sent with no response whatsoever. I would not recommend this car service to anyone! More

Had car towed to dealership and had to wait 2 days to get car repaired. Asked if i could get a loaner and was told none was available. Car was brought in because it would not crank, but had power. Diag was finally done 2 days later and i was told that battery had to be changed. When called, was told that car was already on the bay for repair. Again had to provide my own ride home via Uber and pay for the rides. Once finally at dealer, waited almost 2 hours to have a battery changed! More

Took 4 hours to swap a tire out. After I got my keys and went to leave I looked around my truck and found that they didn’t even put my new tire on, the spare tire was still on.
