Probably the worst experience to date. If I could pick a star less than one, know I’d pick that. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment if all they do is tell you they need 24hrs JUST TO DIAGNOSE star less than one, know I’d pick that. In addition they charge $179 for a “diagnostic fee!” If I didn’t know any better I’d think they would be scamming us. And don’t be fooled because this “diagnostic test” they perform 8: no different than the one Auto Zone does FOR FREE! I would also like to add they would call my extended warranty and if they covered it, I wouldn’t have to pay the fee. HOWEVER, that’s not until AFTER they do the “diagnostic”, so if you want to roll the dice on a “maybe it’s covered, maybe not” be my guest. Crazy how dealerships have us eating out of their hands to buy a vehicle, yet to get that same vehicle serviced... we’re treated like trash. As if WE’RE inconveniencing them with a SCHEDULED appointment no less. I’m talking about you “BOB from St. Cloud” I recommend anywhere but a dealership because they think COVID is non existent and we have all the money in the world to waste. Well Jack... He recognized me from my initial visit in December to fix my visor and aga are so friendly and welcoming, especially Chris in the service department. He recognized me from my initial visit in December to fix my visor and again when I recently came in to have the visor fixed, after waiting for the part to come in. We connected over football and being from the northeast. He was prompt to let me know when my vehicle was ready via the text system and as an added touch, ran my wrangler through the wash in the way out! More
I’ve been a customer of CFL CJDR for almost 2 decades and service continues to go downhill. Made an appointment online and brought car in at assigned time to find the assigned rep wasn’t there. Then someone service continues to go downhill. Made an appointment online and brought car in at assigned time to find the assigned rep wasn’t there. Then someone finally stepped up and took car. After having to push them to find the extended warranty info in my history, car taken in. After hours of no communication checked in to find it was a simple issue as new battery. Got excuse they were backed up but my jeep was sitting in the middle of the garage not in a spot. Had to ask the service writer to go find out. Then to find out car still had to have the oil change down. After being their for over 5 hours was never so glad to leave. Before I even got home from the dealer got a call from a dealer rep trying to get me to trade in the car. I was like I want nothing to do with your dealer anymore. After owning Jeep’s for over 2 decades and buying multiple cars at CF, will not return for a purchase or service. This Moran company needs to really work on their Service and Efficiencies. I gave it one last try and all can’t express the disappointment. More
