The reason for the below average rating is based on the pickup experience. When I arrived, my service representative, Gio, wasn't around. I stood there for approximately 20 minutes thinking he may have just stepped away. No one offered to help me even though there were about 6 employees chit chatting to each other. I stuck my head in to ask one of the other service representatives about my rep. He told me "I needed to go look for him." That response was unprofessional and uncalled for in my opinion. I responded with "I need to go look for him?" He said "yes." At that moment, another service representative must have heard the conversation as he came over and asked me if he could assist, which he did, very professionally. I do not know the name of the service representative who acted so unprofessionally. If this is how customers are treated when picking up their vehicles, I would not recommend this service center.
