Fernando kept 0 contact with me during the 26 days my car was in service. I had to physically go to the dealership because I could not get in touch with him through numerous phone calls, I was just made to l was in service. I had to physically go to the dealership because I could not get in touch with him through numerous phone calls, I was just made to leave urgent messages that were never returned. It wasn’t until I went in person at day 21 that he called me and said my paint job was taking longer than expected. It was extremely frustrating not getting updates on what was happening with my car for over 20 days. A considerate call or taking up five minutes once a week to let me know what was going on since my car was there for over a month would have been helpful especially being a service advisor who was getting messages from me roughy 4x a week. It was very unprofessional and disappointing. I have been a Jeep customer for 8 years and this was the first time where the service was outrageous and I felt so unimportant. More
