I brought my 2018 Dodge Challenger in for a simple oil change. I told my representative upon arrival that I had a coupon that was sent to me via email for $29.95. He said okay no problem. After nearly 2 h change. I told my representative upon arrival that I had a coupon that was sent to me via email for $29.95. He said okay no problem. After nearly 2 hours for an oil change my representative said that'll be $123. I said I told you I had a coupon for $29.95. He said I can take 29.95 off of your total. I still paid approximately $97 for a 2 hour oil change that should have been $29.95. He said but we use synthetic oil on your car, I said I didn't ask for synthetic. Horrible service! More
