DO NOT TRUST THIS everything from sale, purchase price to features were all lies. I wanted a 2024 Pathfinder Platinum was referred to Steve Proto. He seemed inexperienced and Alejandro keep interjecting himself in sales process. After I decided to buy the truck is where the lies from Alejandro started, we have that truck in stock - it was in Dallas. Lied stated the 2024 vehicle had only 10 miles, he called & verified- truck had 623 miles! I put a large down payment in cash- he told me different dates on when i would recieve my refund. I was told the truck would arrive on a flatbed- it was driven to Houston. "NEW" truck was detailed & cleaned for delivery- had dirty feet prints on back of driver seat, stem covers missing, Sale of a "new" vehicle was a scam! Not a trustworthy dealership, all the bad reviews are true. Do the research, and report ALL DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. I refuse to take delivery of a dirty used vehicle at new vehicle. Once I refused to take delivery, more lies & people got involved to try to convince me to take this used vehicle, it didnt even have all the features i was promised. I will be reporting this dealership and the way they conduct business.

I was there & issue was NOT resolved, more lies to cover the fact that CENTRAL NISSAN tried to sell me a used vehicle and pass it off as new. The unprofessional staff, deceptive practices & still have not refunded my $6000.00! I will escalate this problem to Corporate and an attorney.

Why? I have been told for a week that the dealership refused to help us. We had a car that we purchased two months ago just sitting in our driveway because it wasn’t able to be driven. No one cared about my issues or concerns until I made a public review? Don’t act like you care now because others can see how the dealership actually doesn’t care about customers and treats them like they are nothing once they make the sale and have their money.
