Sold Me a Piece of Junk I'm not sure where to begin. I bought a Volvo XC60 from this dealership in December 2018. Before I could drive it off the lot, a pump in the sunroof s I'm not sure where to begin. I bought a Volvo XC60 from this dealership in December 2018. Before I could drive it off the lot, a pump in the sunroof stopped working and the sunroof wouldn't close. Over the course of 8 weeks, the DC-DC convertor stopped working, the door locks stopped working, the USB port stopped working, the parking sensors stopped working, the display on the dash got ridiculously slow, and the ABS and the Alarm System both failed. There were also numerous software updates that had to be done. Long story short, this vehicle was a complete piece of junk. Mike in service and Andrew the sales associate started acting very rude to me like somehow I wanted to bring my vehicle to them every week and wait for it to get fixed. They made it seem like it was my fault that they sold me a lemon. I honestly couldn't believe how they started treating me. I ask the sales manager, Oren, several different times for a buyback option, and never once received it. I last spoke with Oren, Andrew and Mike all in February expressing my concerns once again about this vehicle. I never heard another word back from them. I ended up trading it in at a different dealership for a different vehicle, and I haven't had one single issue. I will never again go back to this dealership, and I advise others not to also. More

When I totaled my vehicle this past week I knew exactly who to contact. I emailed Carl late at night explaining what had happened and that I was back in the market for a new vehicle. I told him which vehicle I liked on the web site and what day I would be able to come and look at it if it was still available. Within 10 minutes he was emailing back to see if I was hurt and then informing me he would get the details of the 2018 X1 I was interested in. By the next morning he had emailed me a packet with all the information. When we arrived at the dealership he had already pulled the X1 around and had it warmed up. Carl was very informative during the test drive and giving the comparisons of the X1 and my previous 328i. When we got back to the dealership he had already had the numbers worked and presented us with a deal we just couldn't refuse. I love working with Carl because he is not pushy and wants to get the best deal for his customers. More

Lucas and the team were very responsive getting me the information I requested. I live in Atlanta, so I wanted to settle on a price before driving to Huntsville. Kevin and Lucas made it an easy decision for me. A week later I picked up an awesome vehicle. They had everything ready and I was out of there in less than an hour. Great experience! One recommendation for the dealership would be to put your vehicle window stickers on your website. This makes comparing models easier. Also, the car I purchased had several dealer installed options (big plus) that I was not aware of. That information would have probably narrowed my search sooner. Overall great experience with Lucas and the team at Century. More
