I was a little apprehensive as I would be buying a car without actually driving This is the first time I've purchased a vehicle through the Internet. I was a little apprehensive as I would be buying a car without actually driving it, and simply going on my own research and CBB's presentation of the vehicle. Jeff was my salesman, and over the course of several emails, texts, and phone conversations, allayed my apprehension and built in a comfort level with several options (outs) in the event I wasn't completely happy with the purchase. The numbers were fair and competitive so we made the deal, and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. From a personal perspective it would have been difficult for me to travel to AZ to pick up the vehicle, because of recent surgery. Jeff understood and empathized with this and offered to bring the car to me, to my doorstep! This saved me hours of uncomfortable driving,, and is just incredible customer service. The Finiance Director Tracey was extremely patient, patient and accommodating through the process. Although Chris did know I was driving the car 400 miles out of state I noticed that the gas tank was about empty as I drove off the lot. Chris was knowledgeable of the technology of the vehicle and set up my phone and shared a few other tips. I do appreciate this. Overall quick and easy process and I found what I was looking for. As little as a full tank of gas when buying a car is , it really is upsetting and unfortunate that it leaves an average review since Chris even picked me up in the vehicle. Thank you! More
