Excellent Buying Experience All Around I found the listing online and made an inquiry. I received a response quickly and set up an appointment for a test drive. When I arrived, the car was waiting and ready to go. All was good with the car except for a dent on the hood (the car was used) that bothered me. Because I liked the car otherwise, I agreed that if the dent was removed 100%, I would reconsider. I really did not think it could be fixed, but a few days later I received an update on the repair with several pictures and a video of the repair. I set up a second appointment and arrived to find the car spotlessly clean and the repair completed. I closed the deal with no further inspection. My financing was prearranged so the transaction was a breeze. I appreciated the right amount of follow up by Jeff - balancing good salesmanship with no pressure. Overall, this is a very professional organization and I recommend it highly. More
