Easy, low stress transaction Called in for a 2016 BMW 228i from an online ad. Anthony answered my questions promptly after my inquiry so I scheduled a time to come in. Ended up moving forward with the first car. Initially, we came to terms on price but when I called my insurance company to check my new rate it was going to jump up $140. So I didn't buy, and I got no additional pressure when I told them. Anthony and his manager suggested getting more quotes and call them the next day if I found a better price. They even offered up a referal to an agent who I ended up getting a better insurance rate with and they helped out a tiny bit with an additional discount so I came back to buy the car. Finance manager didn't push extra product hard, very laid back sales pitch. He presented what he offered, gave me a minute to think, and when I didn't take the extended warranty he said no problem and finished up the paperwork for me. Very fast process, likely the fasted I've been through financing before. After the purchase Anthony called to make sure everything was good and to make sure I get scheduled for my car to get cleaned (it was raining when I bought it so I asked if I could come back to get the exterior touched up instead of right then). Overall it was a very low pressure experience and I would probably come back again in the future. Much different experience than some other dealerships I've been too. If biying a car is stressful for you I would just come here. The price theu offered was good, I didnt have to do a zillion back and forth offers and counter offers, and I left happy with a great car at a great price. More

I asked what would be next since I didn't live close too the area (I am just under 5 hours away in Las Vegas) we talked to each other on the phone, I filled out a credit app and was approved within seconds. Very easy process, car was just as described, they gave me top dollar for my trades and even arranged delivery of the vehicle!
