I Just purchased a Lexus Rx350 from Certified Benz and Beemer - Travis Walters. I started searching for a low mileage Lexus or Cadilac SRX on-line. I found several cars that met my criteria but after reviewing rating services such as this I decided to give Certified Benz & Beemer a try. The ratings for this company were very high. I do not like talking on the phone and let everyone know when I started looking. All but Travis attempted to make several calls. Travis responded by email and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Everything I have come to expect over the year from a used car salesperson was NOT what I experienced with Travis. He was courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable about the Lexus RX350 features and took the time to answer questions and work with us.
