I had retained his telephone number and name as his professionalism had been outstanding on the phone in the past. He thus made the purchase of this BMW a very enjoyable experience with no pressure. All Sorts of Awesome & Family-centric My wife needed to take our children to eat lunch before I had committed to buying my new car when she realized that the battery in her SUV had failed My wife needed to take our children to eat lunch before I had committed to buying my new car when she realized that the battery in her SUV had failed there at the dealership. Andy rushed to get her a new battery despite the parts department having already closed (it was a Saturday). After he located a new battery, one of the finance managers came out and changed the battery since all of the mechanics had also already left for the day. By the time they had installed the new battery I had done my research and new that I was getting a great deal through CBB, so I decided to buy the car. I was thrilled to find out that they threw the battery for my wife's SUV in for free. They showed me that they truly are a family dealership, rather than just being family owned. Andy is unlike most salesmen. He has continued to provide exceptional customer service even after the sale. I can see myself buying more vehicles from Andy in the future. More

Amazing Service!!! My service experience began with me trying to drop off my car while heading out of the country. The service department was kind enough to provide me a My service experience began with me trying to drop off my car while heading out of the country. The service department was kind enough to provide me a drop off at the airport with my bags after I arrived at the dealership and 7:30AM. Timing was very close! After arriving at the airport I realized I forgot a critical bag in the car they were servicing. I called the dealership and explained my issue and that I had only 30 minutes before I needed to be through security and on my way. Without hesitation they found my bag in the vehicle and ran it up to me at the Terminal 4 door! I cannot explain enough how AMAZING this service team was to me and how they SAVED the day! While I was out of the country Morgan kept me up to date via email on the repairs, cost and timing. THIS is IMPECCABLE, UNMATCHED Customer Service and I will forever be greatful for everything they did for me. AND my car is running like a champ! I will never go anywhere else! More
