Honest with Great Service and no Games Recently purchased a car at Certified Benz & Beemer. I dealt with professional sales person Jeff Hallenbeck and have to say he and the dealership were a pleasure to deal with. I always dread it when it is time to buy a car. In this case I did most everything online prior to visiting any dealership. I had a car to trade or sell myself, told Jeff what I wanted for my trade, sent him information on my trade, and expressed an interest in a car they had for sale on their lot. Jeff, Certified Benz & Beemer agreed to the price I wanted for my trade-in car and the price of the car I wanted to purchase from them over the phone. When I showed up to make the deal the next day I was expecting the games to start with my trade and purchase. Well, nothing changed from what we had discussed over the phone and we made the deal, which was painless, the service was very professional, and all parties were happy. A Most Pleasant Buying Experience. I went to Cert. Benz & Beemer to test drive a Chevy Avalanche and a Honda Ridgeline, which I had seen online. When we arrived, we were greeted by C I went to Cert. Benz & Beemer to test drive a Chevy Avalanche and a Honda Ridgeline, which I had seen online. When we arrived, we were greeted by Chris Beaman and Ty Crews. Chris helped us with the Avalanche and I think Ty went to help another customer. In our opinion, Chris was very knowledgeable in terms of the Avalanche, the extras that came with it, the financing and the warranties. I ended up buying the Avalanche without driving the Honda, as I wanted a vehicle with less mileage and fell in love with it during the test drive. It was priced well, and in good condition. We dealt with Mo during the financing procedure, and I spoke with Kory and Jamie on the telephone the day before. Everyone was honest and friendly; and above all, NOT pushy. I will recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. We usually look for vehicles from private parties because of the pressure and hype from dealers, but there was none here. The reason I did not rate the other guys as high as Chris is because I did not have as much contact with them. More

Great communication from all involved which made for a very easy transaction from dealing with sales to finance to Andy on delivery to review options on car. I drove out from Ca. to pick up and drove back home that day. I do have to say I was a little disappointed that the car was not detailed when I picked up. Car was clean but looks like it had a quick car wash and was still dirty on roof and door jams. Tire pressure light went on as soon as I drove out of lot and checked at first opportunity to noticed all four tires were under inflated by 10psi. Apparently car had been on lot for awhile and no real thorough check had been done before my scheduled pick up. Took in for complete detail when I arrived back home which I shouldn't had to do! More

Yet I was treated very well, and we quickly came to a workable agreement. Andy was especially helpful, and I never felt pressured. Our negotiations were fast and clean. Travis handled the paperwork professionally and quickly. It simply wasn't a burden. The whole process was so different than that which I've experienced at other dealerships. I was treated with respect and care, even though my transaction was one of their more minor sales for the month. I would definitely recommend a visit to this dealership. I can see why they have repeat business. More
