Above and Beyond Expectations I have never bought a car sight unseen before. But the car I was looking for - a 2010 Porsche Cayman - seemed sort of rare. CJ was willing to go Above and Beyond I had not shopped with CCB previously, but had noticed the large inventory of vehicles available when perusing AutoTrader. When it became time to purchase a vehicle I was able to quickly locate the vehicle that best met my needs/requirements through their inventory. First car purchase: Mercedes CLK350 I have been looking for a used Mercedes for a while. Me and my farther found a nice 2007 CLK350 on their website, and decided to go check it out. Once I have been looking for a used Mercedes for a while. Me and my farther found a nice 2007 CLK350 on their website, and decided to go check it out. Once we got there, we looked at some cars on display out front, and then we went inside. After looking around for about 10 minutes, Jim Beyer asked if we need any help. After telling him what car we were looking for, he took us up to the roof parking lot to check it out. He let us look at the car with out asking many questions, which was nice. Jim was very polite and was never tried to push us to buy the car. The following Monday my parents and I went to see if I could finance the car myself. We met with Jim, and he let us talke it on a test drive, and it was a nice change to be able to talk to my parents without being interrupted by the salesmen. After driving the car, Jim said it would take about an hour to see if I would qualify, and an hour later he called me and said I had qualified. They were able to get me an 8.99% interest rate, and this was my first car purchase! After filling about some paper work with Jim, we met with Travis Walters, the finance manager. He is a very nice person and explained everything very nicely. He was even able to get my interest rate down to 2.49%! The whole process of doing the paper work took about 2 hours, which was super nice. This is the best dealership I have ever been to, and I will defiantly be a repeat customer. More

I expressed interest and said I'll be back tomorrow with my wife. He was ready for us and we made the decision to purchase the vehicle. We did the necessary paper work, and I worked with Travis to conclude the transaction. I then met with Brian to get some minor mechanical issues taken care of. All members of the team were bright, energetic, and fun to deal with. All in all, it was a delightful experience to work with people seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. More
