We worked with Bobby and I was able to test drive and shop without feeling like someone was breathing down my neck.....eh,hem, Chapman. It was nice not being talked down to because I didn't know everything about the car. It was nice to have a salesman ask me what I wanted without shaping it into what he could push on me. Thanks again Certified Benz and Beemer, and thanks to Bobby and Trevor for making this the best car buying experience. Not a Typical Experience A friend recommend I check out the selection at CBB since he knew I needed a new car. I took time to look through all 323 cars in the online inventor A friend recommend I check out the selection at CBB since he knew I needed a new car. I took time to look through all 323 cars in the online inventory. I was amazed at the selection, mileage, and price. I met with Jeff Hallenbeck at CBB and then drove six potential purchases. He was very patient and provided me with the information I needed to make my decision. I was impressed at his knowledge of every model on the lot. I went home with a beautiful 2015 ES 350. At no time did I ever feel pressured and at all times I felt confident and comfortable with Jeff showing me around CBB's inventory. The finance manager, Mo, was extremely quick with the financing portion of the deal, which I normally equate to going to the dentist. Mo made the financing operation seem enjoyable because of his obvious skill set in financing but also he is personality. I will enthusiastically recommend Jeff, Mo, and CBB to anyone looking for an automobile and they will my first choice if I ever need another vehicle. Quickest most efficient car purchase CBB was absolutely fabulous to work with. I work with Zurvita and became car qualified. With a challenging purchase, living 3 hours away and a frust CBB was absolutely fabulous to work with. I work with Zurvita and became car qualified. With a challenging purchase, living 3 hours away and a frustrated buyer Chris B. and Chris B. went above and beyond. By the time I got to CBB I had dealt with 5+ dealerships with either shady business practices, hidden costs, and horrible customer services and was extremely frustrated. I went online found a qualified car and filled out an online questionnaire. I immediately received a call from Chris Beaman who patiently listed to my vent session. He got right to the point cut out all the BS and worked with Chris Barone to make it happen. I received an online proposal that met our expectations, we made the 3 hour trip and finalized the deal. When we got to Mo he asked about GAP insurance, I explained I already pay for a similar product through my car insurance. We were not forced to finance a wax job on the car an no hidden fees. All three of the gentleman we worked with were personable, included my kids in the process and were top notch in customer service. I will 100% without a doubt be a return customer in the future.
