Friendly people and hassle free service Our experience at CBB was exceptional. When we called to set up an appointment, Rich realized that we had been in once before to test drive a car they Our experience at CBB was exceptional. When we called to set up an appointment, Rich realized that we had been in once before to test drive a car they had on the lot. Though that was months prior and we hadn't bought the car, he was friendly and talked about the previous visit. This time, we came to look at a specific car we saw online, a 2015 Infiniti Q50. We let Rich know that we had a limited amount of time that day and he did a great job accommodating our time constraints without pressuring us. He had the car out and ready to go, allowing us ample time to familiarize ourselves with it before driving it. Rich was able to answer our questions about it, and what he didn't know, he took time to look up. During the test drive he mentioned that they had a 2015 Audi A4 on the lot, which we looked at when we returned to the dealership. Our time was short, so we only had a chance to look inside it before leaving. We mentioned that we had some time that evening to test drive it. Since Rich wouldn't be there at that time, and had actually come in on his day off, he introduced us to Andy. Our schedule didn't work the way we wanted to that evening, so we ended up calling Andy to let him know we wouldn't be there. He was professional and friendly as well and didn't pressure us. Two days later, we made an appointment with Rich again, test drove the Audi, and ended up buying it. Rich was great about finding answers to all of our questions, and we appreciated that the prices at CBB are actual prices and not something we have to negotiate on. He was informative about the additional packages and warranties we could add on but it never felt like he was pressuring us to buy them, so we were able to get exactly what we wanted. They gave us a fair deal on our trade in as well. Tracy Weaver was expeditious with the paperwork, making that part of the experience short and pleasant. Rich walked us out to our new car, which was a nice personal touch. A few days later we realized that we were missing something we had discussed with Rich. He happened to text us that day to see how we liked the car and we were able to get the issue resolved without any hassle. We absolutely recommend CBB if you enjoy friendly and hassle free service! We went over a few things and I decided the car was for me. I live in Tucson and have very little time. I asked Andy to have the car washed and ready to go. (no window stickers ect.) When I got there Andy was waiting for me with the car ready to go. I took it for a test drive and it was everything and more than what I had expected. When signing the paper work there was no pressure to buy extras. I was offered an extended warranty with no pressure at all. It took about 10 min. to sign the paperwork and I was out of there. Talk about easy. THANKS ANDY!!! More

This is how car buying should be. I stumbled upon the dealership while out of town on a Saturday. I am a car guy and a "no-nonesense frugal minded person.
