Jim Beyer initially helped me identify vehicles that were matches for my needs and budget. He was helpful in combing through many different vehicles they had on the lot. Chris Beaman showed me multiple cars and answered any questions I had. The few things he did not initially know, he went out of his way to find out. Both gentlemen we're friendly without a lot of pressure that sometimes happens when buying a car. The finance process with Tracey Weaver went very smoothly even though my situation was slightly atypical. She was very friendly and helped to address all of my needs and wasn't pushy with back-end warranties like in other dealerships. Overall, this is a great dealership if you have a certain pre-owned vehicle in mind or, like me, just know you want something a little nicer than available on other lots but aren't sure of a certain car. Frank Blackwell was my salesman and he was very courteous and helpful. Peter the sales manager was awesome, and ended up working out an even better deal than I expected. This is an excellent dealership to buy from because of the "no pressure", and they do not take up your whole day.
